Why not just a note or a spreadsheet
With a note, you scroll back to find last week. With a spreadsheet, you build the columns and remember to fill them in.
With a workout log your Nym built, you see last time’s weight beside each exercise, so you stop guessing.
What people ask for
People ask for a gift list with links and prices for each person, or a packing list that remembers the charger they forgot last trip.
A real one
“I’ve started lifting again but I keep forgetting what weights I used last time. I have dumbbells and a bench at home, and about half an hour on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Could you make me a simple workout tracker with a plan to start from and somewhere to log my sets and weights so I can see how I’m improving?”

How you get one
Ask your Nym in your own words, like “I keep forgetting what I lifted last time.” You get the app back in the chat, ready to open.
You don’t write code. When you want a change, you ask the same way.
Who can see it
Just you. Your apps open with your Nym account, and nobody else can see them.
Questions
How many can I have?
Two on Free and five on Plus. Pro has no limit.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. You describe what you need and your Nym builds it. You change it by asking.
Does it keep my entries?
Yes. Everything you add stays in the app between visits.
Can my Nym fill it in for me?
Yes. Tell your Nym what you did, like “I ran 5 km in 30 minutes”, and it goes in your log.
Can I share an app with someone?
Not yet. Each app opens only for its owner.
What if I outgrow it?
Ask your Nym to change it, for example to add a field or a chart. It updates the same app, and your entries stay.
Is it a separate app to download?
No. It opens from your Nym, on your phone or your computer.
